Facilities

SET Laboratories, Inc. (SET) 2-acre site include four separate buildings:

• A 3,000 sqft office building complete with a conference room and four offices.
• A 1,500 sqft building used for storage of the equipment.
• A 5,000 sqft testing laboratory facility providing research and testing services with three offices.
• A fourth 7,000 sqft testing laboratory facility providing testing capabilities for full-scale testing of up to 40” long pipes complete with six offices.

SET laboratory facilities include 24 fume hoods, 12 large (10 ft long by 8 ft wide by 10 ft high) and 4 extra-large (42 ft long by 10 ft wide by 15 ft high ) walk-in explosion proof hoods with about 70 temperature controllers and data acquisition units used to record pressure and temperature of the tests. Ancillary equipment’s include several safety systems (detectors and alarms in lab and hoods) for hydrogen sulfide and other toxic and flammable gas used in the lab.

SET supporting facilities include three glass bead cleaning systems, six air compressors, two drill press, bench grinders, vises and Nanopure water purifiers.
